An experiment.
« on: January 16, 2015, 03:46:22 AM »
Back in our grade school days we would have traded a body part for these. If we got a box of 24 we were living high. I've been seeing some really nice work by artists using crayolas so I thought I'd give it a try. If I totally flop some boys I know will get a box of 120.

Hey, I remember those things. I remember drawing the Batmobile with a thick black outline. Can't wait to see the results.

I never drew the batmobile. My specialty was helicopters and witches.

How cool!!  I just went upstairs and and found my box of 64 crayons dated 1990.  They're "vintage".  ;)  My daughter was one year old then, I must have gotten them for her. ::)

It doesn't seem like the new ones have as much pigment as the old ones from the 50s and 60s but maybe it's just me. My oldest daughter ate hers. We wondered for three days why  she had blue teeth.
